We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even going out of their way to walk us to the exit and help us with directions for our next destination. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed the private and traditional Japanese meals served in a lovely room. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this city.
Not obvious to find.

This hidden gem is a rare find in a bustling city. Tucked away in a quiet alley, it offers a serene atmosphere perfect for a business stay. the staff is friendly, accommodating, and always there to help. the private room dinner and breakfast are exquisite while the onsen bath is a true highlight. the traditional room and its beautiful design make for a comfortable stay.

Best experience ever! Absolutely loved it. The food was amazing, Japanese style, with plenty of options for vegetarians. The staff's hospitality was outstanding; they were attentive and made us feel right at home. The traditional rooms were elegant and so well furnished, with wonderful amenities. the outdoor heated bath was soothing and relaxing, even in the cooler morning temperatures.
The location was a bit inconvenient for walking to the neighboring sights. a little more variety in the breakfast menu would have been great.

I had an amazing experience staying in a traditional Ryokan during my recent trip. the location was a bit hidden but once inside, the atmosphere was great. the staff was so helpful, even walking us to the exit on our last day. the Onsen bath facilities were exceptional, and the food and breakfast were delicious. They even offered complementary items like a yukata and massage machine. an incredible experience worth the price.
That the ad stated air conditioning was included, but it turned out to be just an air purifier which made the room a bit hot.
